Born in August 6, 1929 in Podolino Village (Ivanovo-Voznesensk Region). Studied at the Palekh Art College in 1945-1949. D.N.Butorin, N.A.Pravdin were his teachers. Worked in the Association of Palekh Artists since 1949.
Themes of works: folklore, genre scenes. Exhibits since 1960.
His works are held in The State Museum of Palekh Art.
