Born in 1966 in Palekh Village (Ivanovo Region). Member of Russia Professional Artist Union at UNESCO since 1994. He is K.V. and B.N.Kukulievs' son. Studied at the Palekh Art College in 1981-1986. V.V.Bolshakov and K.S.Semaykin were his teachers. Works at the Palekh Art-productions Workshops in 1986-1989. Works at creative workshop "Paleshane" since 1993.
He was engaged in illustrations for books ("The Life of Jesus Christ in Works by Palekh Artists" (1995)), icon-painting. Themes of works: folklore, literature, religious. Exhibited since 1991.
His works are held in The State Museum of Palekh Art.
