Born in 1920 in Palekh Village (Ivanovo-Voznesensk province). He is I.I.Golikov's son. Studied at the Palekh Art College in 1936-1940. Works at the Association of Palekh Artists in 1940-1941. Participated in the Great Patriotic War. He was killed in 1941.
